Ingredients
- 100g dark chocolate
- 100g butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 50g sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
Preparation
- Melt chocolate and butter together.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, yolks, and sugar.
- Combine with the melted chocolate and stir in flour.
- Pour into greased ramekins and bake at 200°C for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve immediately while the center is still gooey.
