There’s coffee… and then there’s *COFFEE*. Let’s make yours the latter. Here are 5 pro-level tricks to boost your home brewing game:
Skip the cheap supermarket blend. Invest in fresh, whole beans from a trusted local or online roaster.
Pre-ground coffee loses its aroma faster than a Snapchat streak. Use a grinder, preferably burr-style, and grind based on your brewing method.
Use 1:15 ratio — 1g of coffee to 15g of water. Get a scale. It’s worth it.
Too hot? You’ll burn the beans. Aim for 90–96°C (195–205°F). Just boil and wait 30 seconds.
Old oils and residues ruin flavor. Clean your machine or French press like your grades depend on it (because they kinda do if you’re sleep-deprived).
Now go forth and brew like a legend.
